An enthusiastic grade 10 welcomed me yesterday to their art house – what a great spot!

The group is going to do a mixed media work next term so I demonstrated the design principles for collage and how to place different collage elements; printing, stamping and stencilling; applying texture and working with drawings and prints on tissue paper.

There were some interesting questions, and I thoroughly enjoyed being with these young people. Thank you to their teacher Rachel for inviting me along.
