Fortunate to win the pastel sections a few times in the Burdekin art awards, the Burdekin Art Group has asked for a workshop on how I create the texture in these pastel landscapes.
Flying in to Townsville, then driving to Ayr, I will be staying with these friendly people and delivering a two-day workshop including landscape theory and pastel techniques – using pastel wet and placing texture on pastel paper.
