As part of the art testers programme being run by Caboolture Regional Art Gallery I presented an Introduction to Pastel workshop there yesterday.
The participants explored pastel through four exercises, including stroke making, modelling form, and using pastel wet.
Thank you to Memphis for facilitating, and also to Kathleen who helped with the set up and morning tea etc – it was a great experience, and a fabulous opportunity to introduce new people to the art of using pastel.
